The latter aims at the acquisition of specific skills by the students. These skills can be identified when an analysis is made of the tasks of a teacher including the various acts of teaching. Training programmes for the acquisition of educational skills are proVided for in both the didactic laboratory at the RAU and at various schools. The ideal that the training should be fully synchronised is not readily achieved and continuous liaison is required.
